New season starts for me this weekend. Missed the first meeting at Silverstone so looking forward to Castle Combe. Testing friday then live race meeting next monday.

Thanks to all those who turned up for the 10th Anniversary at Holland House. I was inundated with texts & emails in the next day or two from people who had a good night - and asking when the next one is!! Apologies if I didnt get chance to speak to evetyone for long. Off to Anglesey today for a long weekend. Testing tomorrow and 4 races over saturday & sunday

Am back in the Mini Challenge and new car was built in time to compete at Donington last week.

Got a 10th & 2 11th places which was happy with considering 1st time back out and car hadnt been tested properly.

Race meeting on this Friday & Saturday on Motors TV

I am hiring a VW Golf to weekend to race in the VW cup.

Trying new series to get a feel for other other race meetings.

I have sold my Mini Race car so will no longer be racing in the Mini Challenge. I am looking at other race meetings, and a few stand out as championships I would like to compete in.

I will keep you updated with any developments on this.

Testing on the Friday was a write off due to ECU problems on the car which meant going straight into qualifying on the Saturday without getting used to the circuit.

Race 1 was a learning curve and I finished 15th out of 24. Race 2 was run in a torrential downpour, but ended up with a 10th place.

Brands Hatch full GP circuit is next up in a couple of weeks
